Michael Brun - BAYO ft. Strong G, Baky & J. Perry
“Bayo” in Haitian Creole means “to give,” and it also represents the message and spirit that Michael Brun and his fellow musicians, Strong G, Baky & J. Perry, want to share with the world - “to give it your all” Rooted in this positive message, we filmed a group of young, free-spirited children in the heart of Jacmel, Haiti along with our featrued artists. Capturing their playful innocence and energy in a series of vignettes, we’re reminded that we have the power to write our own stories and to never lose faith in ourselves and our dreams.
Following the Bayo song and music video release, J Balvin tapped Michael Brun and together they transformed Bayo into an official 2018 FIFA World Cup anthem, “Positivo”.

“Bayo Ayitii“ Tour
Expanding on a block party Michael hosted in Port-au-Prince and the song “Bayo”, Bayo then extended into an ongoing tour presented by Michael Brun, featuring many voices of Haiti across the US and Canada holding numerous sold out shows with surprise guests such as Maxwell and Mr Eazi. Inspired by the “to give” messaging, we created visuals spanning from artwork to video and photography with an array of Haitian artists, including a custom stage design.
